This Privacy Policy applies only to information and/or data collected or assimilated in the Site, www.dr-m.global, and also via email, text, and any other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the site, www.dr-m.global

We undertake to build www.dr-m.global and any of its features in such a way that it respects your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. When you use www.dr-m.global our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, IP address,  browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on and through www.dr-m.global domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. The information allows us to receive more accurate reporting and improve the Site, www.dr-m.global

Additionally, we may use data for marketing purposes to:

  • Provide you with additional information regarding products, events, and services from  via email or through advertising on various social media platforms or websites (both desktop and mobile) that you may visit; and

  • Develop, improve, and target our promotional messaging to you and others via retargeting, online behavioural advertising, and use of social media platform tools for advertising (such as creation of Facebook Lookalike Audiences).

3. Third-Party Websites

Through your use of the Site, you may access, directly or indirectly, other websites or services, including from our service providers, business partners, and other third parties, in each case, that are not owned or controlled by us. Data collection and use by those third parties is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. It is up to you to review the terms of use and privacy policies of those third parties.

Third-party (onward) transfers and compliance. In the context of an onward transfer, we have responsibility for: (i) processing of your Personal Data we receive under this Privacy policy and (ii) subsequent transfer of such Personal Data to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. We remain liable under the concerned jurisdiction’s Cyber Laws and any other applicable laws of law: (i) if our agent processes such Personal Data in a manner inconsistent with the concerned jurisdiction’s Cyber Laws and any other applicable laws of land, and (ii) for the event giving rise to the damage, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to such damage. For any onward transfer we commit to execute a formal agreement with any receiving party or processor acting on our behalf.

6. Transfer of Collected Data

The Site is operated in Singapore. If you are located in any other jurisdiction, please be aware that the data we collect shall  be transferred to, stored, and processed in Singapore. By using the Site and/or providing us with any data, you consent to this transfer, processing, and storage of your data in Singapore, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you reside or are a citizen such as the European Union or any other jurisdiction. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. 

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to help secure and safeguard your data in our possession. However, no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure and no security mechanism is impenetrable. Therefore, although we take steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of the data that we collect from you or the security of our servers or the Site. By accessing the Site, any transmission of data is at your own risk and you agree to assume all risk in connection with data sent to us or collected by us.

Pseudominization of certain categories of your Personal Data;

  • Encryption of your Personal Data in transit and in rest;

  • All Collected Information is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls;

  • Systematic vulnerability scanning and penetration testing of all Collected Information.

  • Conducting periodical data protection impact assessments in order to ensure that the Company fully adheres to the principles of “privacy by design”, “privacy by default” and others. We also commit to undertake privacy audit in case of the Company’s merger or takeover.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Your privacy settings may also be affected by changes in the social media services, through which you may share your User Content, make to their services. We shall not be responsible for the functionality, privacy or security measures of any other organization.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary in light of the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected. Please note that we may retain your data for longer periods of time as necessary to comply with  legal obligations or respond to government authority(ies). If you believe that your Personal Data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or in cases where you have withdrawn your consent or object to the processing of your Personal Data, or where the processing of your Personal Data does not otherwise comply with the respective jurisdiction’s Cyber Laws, you have the right to contact us and ask us to delete your Personal Data. We will make good faith efforts to resolve all such requests from you except where the request is unreasonable, requires disproportionate technical effort or expense, jeopardizes the privacy of others, or would be impractical. We respect children’s privacy. We do not target or knowingly or intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of 13. By using the Site, you have represented and warranted that you are either at least 18 years of age or using the Site with the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you no longer wish to receive communication from www.dr-m.global please follow the instructions in the emails to opt-out from receiving such messages in the future or submit a request via the Contact Us section on www.dr-m.global.

13. Cookies, Pixel Tags, and Other Similar Tracking Technologies

You may remove or reject cookies by adjusting settings on your browser, and thus opt-out of certain features of the Site and the Site’s automatic collection of certain data. These tracking technology opt-out tools are device and browser specific so you must repeat the opt-out from each of your devices and browsers. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the functionality of the Site.

You may also remove certain tracking technologies and opt-out of online behavioural advertising messaging by using the opt-out tools available from the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA Opt-Out Tool) and the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI Opt-Out Tools).

You may adjust your advertising preferences on various social media websites by adjusting your Settings on the particular platform. For example, you may adjust the types of Facebook ads you receive on Facebook and the types of Google ads you receive on Google.

15. Dispute Resolution 

Complaints and dispute resolution. In compliance with the Principles, we commit to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your Personal Data. User with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Policy should first contact us (for contact information, please, see Contact Us Section).

Arbitration. You may also be able to invoke binding arbitration for unresolved complaints but prior to initiating such arbitration in Singapore must first: (1) contact us and afford us the opportunity to resolve the issue and make efforts to resolve the issue. If such a user invokes binding arbitration, each party shall be responsible for its own attorney’s fees. Please be advised that, pursuant to this privacy policy, the arbitrator(s) may only impose individual-specific, non-monetary, equitable relief necessary to remedy any violation of the laws with respect to the resident. The arbitration option may not be invoked if the individual’s same claimed violation of the law (i) has previously been subject to binding arbitration, (ii) was the subject of a final judgment entered in a court action to which the individual was a party, or (iii) was previously settled by the parties.
